Refund Policy

TrustLedger charges fees only for specific platform services. This policy clearly describes which fees are refundable and under what conditions.

1. Booking Fee — ₹20

The ₹20 booking fee is charged at the time a Paperless Agreement is created to reserve the agreement slot on the Platform. This fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including:

If the agreement is cancelled by the creator before sealing.
If the agreement expires due to inactivity.
If one or more parties decline to seal the agreement.
If the agreement is restarted after cancellation.

The booking fee compensates for the platform resources allocated at the time of agreement creation.

2. Seal Fee — ₹10 per Party

The ₹10 seal fee is charged to each signing party at the time they digitally seal the agreement. This fee is non-refundable once the payment is confirmed, including:

If the agreement is subsequently cancelled or reversed by any mechanism.
If a dispute arises between parties after sealing.
If the agreement is closed or marked settled.

3. Technical Payment Failures

In the event of a confirmed technical failure where payment was deducted but not recorded on our Platform (e.g., Razorpay confirmed payment but our system did not register it), we will investigate and either:

Manually credit the payment to your account, or
Initiate a refund via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

To report a technical payment failure, contact us at admin@trustledger.guru with your Razorpay payment ID and account details.

4. Referral Earnings & Withdrawals

Referral earnings credited to your account are not cash advances and are subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing conditions. Withdrawal requests once submitted and marked as paid are final and cannot be reversed.

If a withdrawal request is rejected by the administrator, the amount is returned to your available balance immediately.

6. Payment Partner

All payments on TrustLedger are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. For payment-related disputes not resolved by TrustLedger, you may contact Razorpay support directly at razorpay.com/support.
