- Agreement data: Agreement amounts, repayment schedules, party details, and sealing records.
- Transaction data: Peer-to-peer transaction records you enter.
- Payment data: Payment details processed via Razorpay. We do not store card or UPI credentials — these are handled directly by Razorpay.
- Withdrawal data: UPI ID provided for payout requests.
- Feedback: Messages submitted through the feedback form.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device fingerprint (used for agreement sealing verification).
- IP address and session data for security purposes.
- Browser and device type.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain your account and agreements.
- To process payments and payout requests.
- To calculate your Rayar Reliability Index (RRI) trust score.
- To manage the referral programme and calculate commissions.
- To send notifications related to your agreements and account activity.
- To respond to feedback and support queries.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Razorpay: Payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's own Privacy Policy.
- Agreement parties: Your name and phone number are visible to other signing parties of agreements you are part of.
- Legal obligations: If required by law or court order.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Agreement and transaction records are retained indefinitely as they form part of the financial record. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, CSRF protection, and session security. While we take all reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
7. Cookies
TrustLedger uses session cookies essential for login and security. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. No third-party analytics or advertising tools are embedded in the Platform.
8. Your Rights
Under applicable Indian law and as a matter of good practice, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and data (subject to legal obligations).
- Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the basis.
